SHIPPING POLICY
1. Expected delivery is an estimate of order processing and transit times.
Dates in bold are expected delivery dates if your order is placed immediately.
Please make sure your order is not needed before the bold date for the shipping method you select.
Orders are generally processed in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
2. Express
and Overnight orders must be placed by Noon (12:00 PM) EST to be shipped
the same business day. Orders received after Noon EST will be processed
the following business day.
3. We do
not currently provide Overnight, Express, or Priority
ground services to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Due to
the size and weight of some items, a special handling charge may be
added to your order.
5. Some
items are excluded from express delivery services. If an excluded item
is in your cart, none of your items can be express shipped. Please place
a separate order for items not qualified for express delivery.
6. Please supply both UPS and USPS addresses if they are different.
Any package returned to Ziggos due to the receiver not being available for receipt
or due to a USPS undeliverable address being supplied will require an additional
shipping charge.
